Karate is a martial art developed in the Ryukyu kingdom. It was advanced from the Ryukyuan martial Arts under the influence of Chinese kung fu, chiefly Fujian white crane. Karate is now largely a striking Art using punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes and open-hand techniques such as knife-hands, Spear-hands and palm-heel strikes. Factually, and in some modern styles, grappling, throws, joint locks, Restraints and vital-point strikes are also taught. A karate practitioner is called a karateka. Karate was Introduced to Japanese islands in the early 20th century when Ryukyuans migrated, particularly from Okinawa, looking for work in Japan.

 

KICK BOXING

Kickboxing is a combat Sport that originated from kicking and punching. It was traditionally developed from karate assorted with boxing. Kickboxing is targeted for self-defense, physical fitness, or as a combat sport. Kickboxing has many variants like Japanese kickboxing that originated in the late 1950s, American kickboxing that originated in the 1970s. It rose to prominence in 1974 when the Professional Karate Association (PKA) held the first World Championships. Historically, kickboxing can be considered as an amalgam martial art created from the combination of elements of diverse traditional forms.

 

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS

Mixed Martial Mrts (MMA) is a full-contact war sport that lets striking and tackling, both standing and on The ground, using techniques from various combat sports and martial arts. In ancient Greece, there was A sport called pankration, which featured a combination of grappling and striking skills similar to those Found in modern MMA. Pankration was formed by a combination of the already established wrestling And boxing traditions and, in Olympic terms, first featured in the 33rd Olympiad in 648 B.C. All Strikes and Holds were permitted with the exception of biting and wringing, which were barred from implementing.
